ALOO CHAAT TACOS with CHAAT MASALA

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Diced & Boiled Potatoes
  • Oil For Frying For Chaat
  • 1/2 Cup chopped Onion
  • 1-2 chopped Green Chillies
  • 1Tsp Everest Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Tsp Tamarind Water

For Raw Mango Salsa

  • 2 Tbsp chopped Onion
  • 4 Tbsp chopped Mango
  • 2 Tbsp chopped Tomato
  • 2 Tsp chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • Half Lemon

For assembly

  • Tacos shells
  • Lettuce leafs

Instruction

For Aloo Stuffing.

  • Heat oil in a deep bottom pan, Add 2 Cups Diced & Boiled Potatoes and fry until golden brown and crisp.
  • Take potatoes in bowl and add 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions, 1-2 Chopped Green Chillies.
  • Add 1 Tsp Everest Chaat Masala Powder, 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves and 2 Tsp Tamarind Water.
  • Mix it well.

Assembling

  • Take Taco shell in plate.
  • Fill the Taco shell with Lettuce leaf and 1 Tsp ready Aloo stuffing.
  • Add 2 Tbsp Chopped Onions, 4 Tbsp Chopped Mangos, 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomatos, 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup, Squeeze half lemon.
