ALOO CHAAT TACOS with CHAAT MASALA
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Diced & Boiled Potatoes
- Oil For Frying For Chaat
- 1/2 Cup chopped Onion
- 1-2 chopped Green Chillies
- 1Tsp Everest Chaat Masala Powder
- 1 Tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2 Tsp Tamarind Water
For Raw Mango Salsa
- 2 Tbsp chopped Onion
- 4 Tbsp chopped Mango
- 2 Tbsp chopped Tomato
- 2 Tsp chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Half Lemon
For assembly
- Tacos shells
- Lettuce leafs
Instruction
For Aloo Stuffing.
- Heat oil in a deep bottom pan, Add 2 Cups Diced & Boiled Potatoes and fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Take potatoes in bowl and add 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions, 1-2 Chopped Green Chillies.
- Add 1 Tsp Everest Chaat Masala Powder, 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves and 2 Tsp Tamarind Water.
- Mix it well.
Assembling
- Take Taco shell in plate.
- Fill the Taco shell with Lettuce leaf and 1 Tsp ready Aloo stuffing.
- Add 2 Tbsp Chopped Onions, 4 Tbsp Chopped Mangos, 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomatos, 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup, Squeeze half lemon.
