Masala Chai

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cup Water
  • ⅔ cup Milk Whole milk
  • ½ tsp Everest Tea Masala
  • 1 inch grated Ginger
  • 3 tsp Tea Leaves
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 2 Cloves
  • ½ inch Cinnamon
  • 8 Black Peppercorns

Instructions

  • Heat water in a pot.
  • Add Everest Tea Masala, grated ginger, tea leaves and bring it to boil.
  • Add sugar, milk and stir.
  • Bring the tea to a boil.
  • Turn off the gas and cover with a lid for one minute.
  • Strain the tea in a cup and enjoy.
