Masala Chai
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup Water
- ⅔ cup Milk Whole milk
- ½ tsp Everest Tea Masala
- 1 inch grated Ginger
- 3 tsp Tea Leaves
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 2 Cloves
- ½ inch Cinnamon
- 8 Black Peppercorns
Instructions
- Heat water in a pot.
- Add Everest Tea Masala, grated ginger, tea leaves and bring it to boil.
- Add sugar, milk and stir.
- Bring the tea to a boil.
- Turn off the gas and cover with a lid for one minute.
- Strain the tea in a cup and enjoy.
