Paneer Bhurji
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Oil/Ghee/Butter
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ cup chopped Onions
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Green Chilies
- 1 cup chopped Tomatoes
- ¼ tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Everest Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Everest Kitchen King Masala
- ¼ tsp Everest Garam Masala
- 200 to 250g Paneer
- Salt
- Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil/ghee/butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and sauté.
- Add tomatoes and salt and let it cook.
- Add Everest Turmeric Powder, Everest Red Chilli Powder, Everest Coriander Powder and Everest Kitchen King Masala, Everest Garam Masala.
- Add the crumbled paneer and cook.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve Paneer Bhurji hot with roti or plain paratha and enjoy.
