Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oil/Ghee/Butter
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ cup chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Green Chilies
  • 1 cup chopped Tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Everest Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Everest Kitchen King Masala
  • ¼ tsp Everest Garam Masala
  • 200 to 250g Paneer
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  • Heat oil/ghee/butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and sauté.
  • Add tomatoes and salt and let it cook.
  • Add Everest Turmeric Powder, Everest Red Chilli Powder, Everest Coriander Powder and Everest Kitchen King Masala, Everest Garam Masala.
  • Add the crumbled paneer and cook.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve Paneer Bhurji hot with roti or plain paratha and enjoy.
