SINDHI MUTTON CURRY with MEAT MASALA
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Inch Cinnamon stick
- 1 Bay Leafs
- 3 chopped Onion
- 1-2 chopped green Chillies
- 1 Tsp chopped Ginger
- 1 Tsp chopped Garlic
- 400gm mutton
- 1 1/2 Tsp Everest Mutton Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Everest Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tsp Everest Coriander Powder
- 2 chopped tomato
- 2 Green Cardamom crushed
- Salt To Taste
- Cook for 15-20 minutes
- Water as required
- Cook until meat turn tender
Instruction
- Heat 3 Tbsp oil in kadhai on hot flame.
- Add 1 Inch Cinnamon stick, 1 Bay Leafs, 3 chopped Onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger, 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic in it.
- Mix it and Sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion turn light brown in colour.
- Add 400 grams Mutton and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes
- Add 1 1/2 Tsp Everest Mutton Masala, salt and mix well. Cook until mutton is half done.
- Then add 2 chopped Tomatoes, 1-2 Chopped green Chillies and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Red Chilli Powder and 2 Tsp Everest Coriander Powder, 2 crushed Green cardamomand. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Add water (as required) and Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until meat turn tender.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti.
