PANI PURI SHOTS with PANI PURI MASALA
Ingredients
Garlic
- 6 Garlic cloves paste.
- 1/4 Tsp Black salt
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Everest Kashmiri Red chilli powder
- 2 Tbsp Everest Pani Puri masala
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 250 ml water
Jeera
- 250 ml water
- 2-3 Ice cubes
- 2 Tsp Roasted & Powdered Cumin Powder
- 2 Tbsp Everest Pani Puri Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Black Salt
Tikha
- 1 Green Chillies
- 2 Tbsp Everest Pani Puri masala
- Few Mint leaves
- 1/4 Tsp Black Salt
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 250 ml Water
- 1/2 Tsp Everest Hing Powder
- 250 ml water
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
- 2 Tbsp Everest Pani Puri masala
Puri
- 3 Mashed Potatoes
- Boondi
Instruction
For Garlic Pani
- In bowl take Garlic paste (6 Garlic clove) 1/4 Tsp Black salt, 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice, 1/2 Tbsp Everest Kashmiri Red chilli powder.
- Add 2 Tbsp Everest Pani Puri masala, 2-3 ice cubes.
- Then pour 250 ml water.
- Mix till Garlic flavour dissolves in water well
For Tikha Pani
- In bowl add 1 Green Chillie and 2 Tbsp Everest Pani Puri masala.
- Then add Few Mint leaves, 1/4 Tsp Black Salt, 2-3 ice cubes.
- Pour 250 ml Water
- Mix till Jeera flavour dissolves in water well.
For Hing Pani
- Take 1/2 Tsp Everest Hing Powder in bowl.
- Add 250 ml water
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
- Then add 2 Tbsp Everest Pani Puri masala.
- Mix till Hing flavour dissolves in water well.
For Aloo and Boondi Stuffing
- In a small bowl, take mashed Potatoes, Everest Chaat Masala and salt.
- Take Aloo and Boondi for stuffing in Puri.
