Aam Panna Puchka
Ingredients
Aam Panna Pani
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Cups Raw Mango
- 1/3 Cup Mint Paste
- Grind into a smooth paste
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Everest Pani Puri Masala
Potato Fillings
- 2 Diced Boiled Potato
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 tbsp Everest Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Rock Salt
- 6 Puri
- 1 cup Sweet Chutney
- Chopped Coriander
- Boondi
Instructions
Aam Panna Pani
- Add Raw Mango to the Water a boil it for 5-7 minute
- Drain the water from mango and keep the water aside for 20-25 minutes to cool
- Add Mango and Mint Chutney to the mixture grinder and make a paste
- Sieve the paste into the water kept aside after boiling Mango
- Add Powedered Sugar and Everest Pani Puri Masalam, and mix it well
Potato Fillings
- Take Diced Boiled Potato in a Bowl Add chopped Green Chilli, Everest Cumin Powder and Rock Salt
- Mash the Potato and Mix it Well
Serving
- Take 6 puri
- Stuff the Potato Fillings
- Add Sweet Chutney and garnish it with fresh Coriander
- Add Boondi in 6 small glasses and pour Aam Panna in it and place the stuffed Puri about it
