Bhindi/Okra ki Sabji


  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 chopped Onions
  • 1 chopped Tomatoes
  • Asafoetida
  • Chopped Bhindi/Okra
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Everest Sabji Masala
  • ½ tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves


  • Heat oil in pan and sauté the onions until transparent.
  • Add green chilies and tomatoes.
  • Add Everest Sabji Masala and Everest Turmeric Powder
  • Add chopped bhindi/okra and salt.
  • Place a lid on the pan and pour some water on the lid
  • Cook the okra until they are softened.
  • Garnish the bhindi ki sabji with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve it with hot roti or paratha and enjoy.
