Bhindi/Okra ki Sabji
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 chopped Onions
- 1 chopped Tomatoes
- Asafoetida
- Chopped Bhindi/Okra
- 3 Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Everest Sabji Masala
- ½ tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan and sauté the onions until transparent.
- Add green chilies and tomatoes.
- Add Everest Sabji Masala and Everest Turmeric Powder
- Add chopped bhindi/okra and salt.
- Place a lid on the pan and pour some water on the lid
- Cook the okra until they are softened.
- Garnish the bhindi ki sabji with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it with hot roti or paratha and enjoy.
