PAV BHAJI PULL APART with PAV BHAJI MASALA
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Onion
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Cup Capsicum
- 1/4 Cup Tomato
- 1/4 Cup Boiled Potato
- 1/4 Cup Boiled Green Peas
- 1/4 Cup Boiled Cauliflower
- 1/4 Cup Grated Beetroot
- 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Everest Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Everest Pav Bhaji Masala
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 Loaf Pav
- 1/2 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Instruction
- Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan. Add 2 Tbsp Butter and stir it.
- Then add 1/4 cup Chopped Onions. Fry till the onion becomes golden brown in colour.
- Add 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and fry till the raw smell of onions and garlic gone.
- Add 1/4 Cup Capsicum, Add Capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes
- Add 1/4 Cup Tomato and cook until soft and mushy
- Now add 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Everest Pav Bhaji Masala and salt to taste. And cook for 4-4 minutes.
- Add /4 Cup Boiled Potato, 1/4 Cup Boiled Green Peas, 1/4 Cup Boiled Cauliflower, 1/4 Cup Grated Beetroot. Mix well
- Cook for 5-6minutes –
- Mash the mixture. Again cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle 1 Tsp chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves and mix well.
- Take 1 loaf of Pav and make cavity in every pav’s centre with knife.
- Place pav loaf in baking plate then add the prepared mixture in cavity area.
- Add 1/2 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese on top it.
- Cover pav loaf with Aluminium foil. And bake it at 180°C for 10 minutes. Serve it.
