Aloo Shimla Mirch With Sabji Masala
Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 Diced Green Capsicum
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Everest Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Everest Sabji Masala Powder
- 1 Tsp Everest Coriander Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 4 Boiled & Diced Potato
- Salt To Taste
- Water As Required
- 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Instruction
- Take 1-2 Tbsp oil in hot pan. Add 1 Tsp cumin seeds, 1 Tsp chopped green Chillies, 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic, 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger. Sauté.
- Add 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions. Stir fry till it turns brown.
- Add 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatos, 4 bolied and diced potato in pan and 2 Diced Green Capsicum. Keep stiring.
- Add 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Everest Sabji Masala Powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Everest Coriander Powder
then add Salt To Taste. Mix everything well. - Add water (as per required) then Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Garnish it with 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves. And Serve hot with Roti Or Paratha.
