Aloo Shimla Mirch With Sabji Masala

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Diced Green Capsicum
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Everest Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Everest Sabji Masala Powder
  • 1 Tsp Everest Coriander Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 4 Boiled & Diced Potato
  • Salt To Taste
  • Water As Required
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

Instruction

  • Take 1-2 Tbsp oil in hot pan. Add 1 Tsp cumin seeds, 1 Tsp chopped green Chillies, 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic, 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger. Sauté.
  • Add 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions. Stir fry till it turns brown.
  • Add 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatos, 4 bolied and diced potato in pan and 2 Diced Green Capsicum. Keep stiring.
  • Add 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Everest Sabji Masala Powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Everest Coriander Powder
    then add Salt To Taste. Mix everything well.
  • Add water (as per required) then Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • Garnish it with 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves. And Serve hot with Roti Or Paratha.
