Paneer Wrap With Shahi Paneer Masala
Ingredients
- Half Bowl Curd
- 2 Tsp Everest Shahi Paneer Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Everest Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Everest Corriander Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Cup Paneer Cubes
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Wrap
- Mayyonaise
- Lettuce
- Sliced Red Bell Pepper
- Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
- Sliced Green Bell Pepper
- Sliced Onion
Instruction
- Pour half small bowl Curd.
- Add 2 Tsp Everest Shahi Paneer Masala, 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Red Chilli powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Corriander Powder, Salt to
taste and 2 Tsp Oil in Bowl for marination. - Mix it well.
- Add 1 Cup Paneer Cubes in it.
- Gently mix and let the marination coat the paneer cubes evenly. Cover and keep aside for 30 mins. (If keeping for more than 30 mins, then refrigerate.)
- In hot pan, take 1 Tsp oil. Add marinated paneer cubes and pan fry untill marinated paneer cubes cooked and becomes soft.
- Place the roti on a hot tawa. Cook the base till you see golden blisters appearing on the rotis.
- On cooked roti. Spread mayonise and lettuce over it. Place prepared Paneer cubes marination mixture in the centre.Top with the veg salad.
- Roll both the sides of the roti and make a wrap.
