Paneer Wrap With Shahi Paneer Masala

Ingredients

  • Half Bowl Curd
  • 2 Tsp Everest Shahi Paneer Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Everest Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Everest Corriander Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup Paneer Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • Wrap
  • Mayyonaise
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced Red Bell Pepper
  • Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Sliced Green Bell Pepper
  • Sliced Onion

Instruction

  • Pour half small bowl Curd.
  • Add 2 Tsp Everest Shahi Paneer Masala, 1/4 Tsp Everest Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Red Chilli powder, 1/2 Tsp Everest Corriander Powder, Salt to
    taste and 2 Tsp Oil in Bowl for marination.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add 1 Cup Paneer Cubes in it.
  • Gently mix and let the marination coat the paneer cubes evenly. Cover and keep aside for 30 mins. (If keeping for more than 30 mins, then refrigerate.)
  • In hot pan, take 1 Tsp oil. Add marinated paneer cubes and pan fry untill marinated paneer cubes cooked and becomes soft.
  • Place the roti on a hot tawa. Cook the base till you see golden blisters appearing on the rotis.
  • On cooked roti. Spread mayonise and lettuce over it. Place prepared Paneer cubes marination mixture in the centre.Top with the veg salad.
  • Roll both the sides of the roti and make a wrap.
