Watermelon Tomato Jaljira Juice
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Everest Jaljira Powder
- 2 cups Watermelon
- 2/3 Tomatoes
- 10-12 Mint Leaves
- ½ Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Sugar or honey
- Black Salt
Instructions
- Add watermelon, tomato, mint leaves to a blender jar and blitz well.
- Strain the juice and transfer it to a jar.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Add Everest Jaljira powder, black salt, sugar/honey and mix well.
- Serve with a lemon wedge.
