Watermelon Tomato Jaljira Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Everest Jaljira Powder
  • 2 cups Watermelon
  • 2/3 Tomatoes
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Sugar or honey
  • Black Salt

Instructions

  • Add watermelon, tomato, mint leaves to a blender jar and blitz well.
  • Strain the juice and transfer it to a jar.
  • Stir in lemon juice.
  • Add Everest Jaljira powder, black salt, sugar/honey and mix well.
  • Serve with a lemon wedge.
